Dr. Jyotsna Srikanth is well renowned in the field of Indian Classical, Indian Jazz & World Fusion Music for the last two decades. She is collaborating with the pioneers of the World Fusion Music both within UK and outside.

Jyotsna has been featured in all major global music events like WOMAD – UK, BBC, Red Violin Festival – Wales, Cleveland Music Festival - USA, East-West International Music Encounter - India, The Music Academy, Chennai, etc. She has received many awards & titles at National & International levels.

Jyotsna has been performing since she was nine. She is an exponent in the following genres: South Indian Classical (Carnatic), South & North Indian collaborations (Jugalbandi), Jazz – Fusion & Contemporary Indian.

Jyotsna is a qualified Western Classical Violinist too. She has a fusion band of her own called 'Fusion Dreams’, which performs Contemporary Indian Music/Jazz. She has played violin for nearly 200 Bollywood films alongside producing music for documentaries, films, tele-serials, dance &  ballets.

A medical doctor with a post-graduation in Pathology, Jyotsna is completely into music since 2005 & is presently based in London. Her workshops on Indian/Western Violin Techniques & Music comparisons have been well received. Recently she was conferred Fellowship in Carnatic Music from the Trinity College of Music, London. She also works as a session musician for various fusion & other projects where improvisation is required. In her recent release called 'Fusion Dreams', she has played violin in eight different world styles. She is presently working on an Indian Violin Concerto.

Jyotsna is a mentor to numerous students in London.
